Ingredients:
- 500 grams boneless beef or mutton, minced
- 1 cup chana dal (split Bengal gram), soaked for 2 hours
- 2 medium-sized onions, finely chopped
- 4 green chilies, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves
- 2 eggs
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying

- Drain the soaked chana dal and cook it in a pressure cooker with 1 cup of water until tender. Set aside to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the minced meat, cooked chana dal, onions, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, fresh coriander leaves, and mint leaves. Mix well.
